Charity
Giving back locally
As a business it is important for us to give back to our local community and support the Charities that are close to our hearts. Each year our team take part in Movember to raise money and awareness for prostate and testicular cancer, men's mental health and suicide prevention.
We have also sponsored our local Children’s Hospice in several of their fundraising events. We are currently finalising our chosen charities for 2021 and look forward to making a positive difference.

Paul Williamson
Co-founder and Managing Director
Since his school days, Paul has carved out his career within the air conditioning and refrigeration sector. After years of working for several large brands within the industry he set up his own business; Chorley Refrigeration. This has grown organically and recently underwent a rebrand to reflect its specialism in Transport Refrigeration.
Clare Williamson
Co-founder and Operations Director
Clare has been an integral part of the business since the start, supporting Paul and helping with all the behind-the-scenes tasks that keep the wheels turning. A qualified NHS Nurse is her true profession but over the years she has fulfilled a multitude of vital roles such as; Admin Assistant, HR Professional and Account Manager.
Tom Williamson
Lead Refrigeration Engineer
After completing a HNC in Mechanical Engineering, Tom joined the business to work alongside his Dad and learn the trade. Tom is now responsible for managing the Installation team and oversees day-to-day workload. More recently gaining his F-GAS certification he can confidently commission any works carried out by the TRANSCOOL team.
Abi Williamson
Business Development Manager
Abi recently joined the business to aid the expansion plan into servicing and maintenance. With a wealth of experience in sales and corporate partnerships, she is well placed to oversee the business development and future endeavours. Whether you're responsible for a single vehicle or large fleet, Abi can help find the perfect plan for you.
