Keeping our staff and customers safe
The TRANSCOOL Solutions (TCS) team are committed to safeguarding employees, suppliers and customers during the Covid-19 pandemic. Like many in the sector, we have carried out a full and thorough risk assessment and established new safe systems of work detailing the prescribed safety procedures we are putting in place to minimise risk of transmission of infection amongst TRANSCOOL Solutions (TCS) employees. This procedure has been drawn up with reference to HM Government’s ‘Working Safely during COVID-19 in factories, plants and warehouses as published on 11th May 2020).
the steps we're taking
to help control the virus.

We have confirmed with our key suppliers that there are no pending supply issues for the coming months and that they are carrying sufficient inventory to support our normal operations.
We've increased inventory
We are carrying increased levels of spare parts for all GAH systems.
We're promoting better hygiene
We are advising all members of our team to comply with WHO and Government guidelines, hand sanitising, no hand shaking, use of disposable gloves, minimising face to face meetings and travel.
We're home working
We are allowing team members with underlying health issues to work from home wherever practical.
We're following isolation guidelines
We are insisting that any team members reporting COVID-19 symptoms stay at home and self-isolate in accordance with Government recommendations.
We're collaborating with your Safe Systems of Work (SSOW)
We are advising members of our mobile engineering team to cooperate fully with our customer's procedures to minimise the impact of the virus and report back any concerns.
